Our Story

Co‑founded by sisters Charlotte and Emily, C & E Property Services Yorkshire Limited began with a simple belief: landlords and tenants deserve the structure and reliability of high‑volume property management delivered with the warmth, integrity and personal care of a family business.

Our journey has grown naturally from managing a handful of local homes to developing a full, all‑under‑one‑roof service. Through every stage, we remained focused on three principles: thoroughness, efficiency and trust. We combine the systems and pace you’d expect from a larger operator; clear processes, proactive communication and detailed record keeping alongside the grounded, people‑first approach that comes from being family‑run.

    I’m a proud perfectionist with a deep passion for interior design, and I bring that eye for detail to every property I manage. I genuinely love what I do: matching tenants with homes that suit their lifestyle and needs. No two days are the same, and I thrive on the variety and problem-solving each day brings.

    I take great pride in delivering a thoughtful, personalised service, ensuring every property is presented to its best and every tenant feels confident and cared for. Building trusting relationships with landlords and tenants is at the heart of my work.

  • With nearly a decade of experience in the property industry, I combine attention to detail with an understanding of what transforms a house into a home. I simplify the property journey for clients by providing clear, practical guidance and specialist insight at every stage — from initial rental appraisal and marketing to viewings, negotiation and move-in.

    My expertise includes:

  • I achieved an A* in my Extended Diploma in Business Studies, this ignited a clear ambition: to build and run my own business while still in my twenties. This qualification gave me practical knowledge of finance, marketing, and operations, and more importantly it taught me how to turn ideas into structured plans and measurable outcomes.

    That early drive found its opportunity in 2024 when C & E Property Services was founded. Turning a long-held goal into a family business has been immensely rewarding.

    Co-founding the company with my sister has meant combining complementary skills, shared values, and a mutual commitment to integrity and hands-on service. What began as a personal career objective has grown into a purpose-driven venture: to bring the precision and efficiency of high-volume property management to our local residential market, while preserving the warmth and trust that only a family-run business can offer.

    Every decision we make at C & E is shaped by that original ambition - to do things well, to stay accountable, and to create a company that delivers practical, reliable support for landlords and tenants alike.

    I combine industry expertise with a genuine commitment to helping clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout their property journey. I take pride in the work we deliver, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client pleased with the service they have received.

    My approach is rooted in reliability and accountability. I work around the clock when needed to ensure deadlines are met and that every client feels reassured. I value clear communication, attention to detail and a solution‑focused mindset.

    I believe trust is built through consistency — being present, being proactive and delivering on what we promise.

  • With a strong background in the property industry, I have become skilled at navigating its daily challenges and complexities while maintaining organisation and attention to detail. I take a practical approach to supporting both landlords and tenants. I focus on keeping properties well‑maintained, presenting them at their best and ensuring the lettings process runs smoothly from start to finish.

    My expertise includes:

    • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and safety checks to keep properties compliant and ready for occupation.

    • Managing contractor schedules, monitoring progress and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

    • Conducting clear, well‑structured viewings that highlight key features and address tenant questions.

    • Supporting the lettings process, including referencing, documentation and communication with applicants.

    • Preparing properties for market, ensuring they are clean, safe and presented to a professional standard.

    • Keeping landlords updated and resolving issues promptly to reduce delays and prevent escalation.

    • Providing straightforward communication and practical problem‑solving throughout the tenancy cycle.

    I aim to bring an efficient, reliable and approachable presence to the team and ensure clients receive a consistently positive and professional experience.

  • I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with formal GCSE and A‑Level qualification in Photography - a combination that gives me technical insight and visual awareness. It means I can assess a property’s energy performance with accuracy, while also noticing the details, condition and potential that others might overlook.

    As a Domestic Energy Assessor, I understand the regulations, reporting standards and practical steps that influence a property’s EPC rating. I’m able to identify inefficiencies, prioritise cost‑effective improvements and offer clear, actionable recommendations that support compliance, reduce running costs and enhance overall marketability.

    My photography background shapes the way I survey and document each property. A trained photographic eye helps me spot fine defects, installation issues, wear and tear and aesthetic opportunities at a glance. I produce clear, well‑structured visual records that strengthen reports, support maintenance plans and give marketing materials a professional, accurate edge.

    Together, these skills allow me to provide:

    • Accurate, regulation‑aligned energy assessments with practical improvement advice.

    • Detailed inspections supported by high‑quality photographic evidence.

    • Prioritised, cost‑conscious recommendations that balance compliance, tenant comfort and long‑term value.

    • Clear, reliable reporting that is easy to act on across maintenance, lettings and sales.

    I bring technical rigour, an eye for detail and a practical, down‑to‑earth approach. My aim is always to help protect a property’s long‑term value while presenting it at its best.
