Our Story
Co‑founded by sisters Charlotte and Emily, C & E Property Services Yorkshire Limited began with a simple belief: landlords and tenants deserve the structure and reliability of high‑volume property management delivered with the warmth, integrity and personal care of a family business.
Our journey has grown naturally from managing a handful of local homes to developing a full, all‑under‑one‑roof service. Through every stage, we remained focused on three principles: thoroughness, efficiency and trust. We combine the systems and pace you’d expect from a larger operator; clear processes, proactive communication and detailed record keeping alongside the grounded, people‑first approach that comes from being family‑run.

I’m a proud perfectionist with a deep passion for interior design, and I bring that eye for detail to every property I manage. I genuinely love what I do: matching tenants with homes that suit their lifestyle and needs. No two days are the same, and I thrive on the variety and problem-solving each day brings.
I take great pride in delivering a thoughtful, personalised service, ensuring every property is presented to its best and every tenant feels confident and cared for. Building trusting relationships with landlords and tenants is at the heart of my work.

I achieved an A* in my Extended Diploma in Business Studies, this ignited a clear ambition: to build and run my own business while still in my twenties. This qualification gave me practical knowledge of finance, marketing, and operations, and more importantly it taught me how to turn ideas into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
That early drive found its opportunity in 2024 when C & E Property Services was founded. Turning a long-held goal into a family business has been immensely rewarding.
Co-founding the company with my sister has meant combining complementary skills, shared values, and a mutual commitment to integrity and hands-on service. What began as a personal career objective has grown into a purpose-driven venture: to bring the precision and efficiency of high-volume property management to our local residential market, while preserving the warmth and trust that only a family-run business can offer.

I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor with formal GCSE and A‑Level qualification in Photography - a combination that gives me technical insight and visual awareness. It means I can assess a property’s energy performance with accuracy, while also noticing the details, condition and potential that others might overlook.
As a Domestic Energy Assessor, I understand the regulations, reporting standards and practical steps that influence a property’s EPC rating. I’m able to identify inefficiencies, prioritise cost‑effective improvements and offer clear, actionable recommendations that support compliance, reduce running costs and enhance overall marketability.
My photography background shapes the way I survey and document each property. A trained photographic eye helps me spot fine defects, installation issues, wear and tear and aesthetic opportunities at a glance. I produce clear, well‑structured visual records that strengthen reports, support maintenance plans and give marketing materials a professional, accurate edge.
